YOUR AI REALITY CHECK
Start with the work you do.
Choose your job to see what today’s research suggests about AI, which tasks it may affect, and what the score cannot tell you about your future.
What could AI change about your work?
Choose a job to see what current research says about its tasks—and what no single score can predict.
YOUR REALITY CHECK / RESEARCH SNAPSHOT
TASK EXPOSURE SCORE / 2025 RESEARCH
This score runs from 0 to 100. It is a research estimate about tasks—not the chance you will lose your job.
WHY THIS SCORE?
Which tasks may be easier for AI to handle?
The research looks at tasks one by one, then combines them for this kind of job.
These are the three tasks with the highest estimates in this job group. They show where AI may affect the work—not whether anyone will lose a job.
WHAT THE SCORE SAYS
WHEN MIGHT THIS CHANGE?
This score cannot say when a workplace will adopt AI or how a job may change. Real-world effects depend on the tools, employer choices, and the work itself.

SKILLS THAT COULD HELP
These are practical prompts based on the work described above, not a ranked forecast from the ILO index.
WHAT TO WATCH NEXT
Occupation and task-level data are adapted from Gmyrek et al. (2025), ILO Working Paper 140. The 1% field notes are editorial interpretations, currently provided for eight example occupations.
GET INFORMED, THEN PLAN AHEAD
Know what could change.
Know what comes next.
AI headlines can make the future sound settled. It isn’t. Here’s what the research can tell you—and where it stops.
What this score looks at
The 2025 ILO study rated how much generative AI could contribute to individual tasks, then summarized those tasks for each job group. It describes what the technology might do—not what an employer will do.
What it cannot predict
It cannot tell you whether you will lose your job, when a workplace might adopt AI, or how physical robots could change hands-on work. The same job title can also mean different tasks in different places.
How to use this information
Think about the tasks you do every day, the tools appearing in your field, and the skills people still need from someone in your role. Then ask: what should I learn next?
